Parties and responsibilities for the processing of your personal data

BrandBee Holding AB, 559046-7717, Karlavägen 58, 114 43 Stockholm ("Brandbee", "we", "our", "us") is responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with the GDPR and with the guidelines described in this Privacy Policy. Brandbee is a provider of digital marketing services such as search engine optimization, search advertising, social media, video solutions and other consulting services, which are referred to as "service", "service", or "services" in the text on this page.

BrandBee Holding AB is a data controller, which means that we are responsible for how your personal data is processed and that your rights are safeguarded.

When is your personal data processed?

For you as a visitor to our websites

When you visit www.brandbee.com or any of our other websites, your personal data is processed. This is mainly done in order to analyse and understand the user's experience of the website and how we can improve the content. Information you provide when filling in forms on any of our websites in order to get in touch with us will also be processed.

How do we use the data?

Our main purpose in collecting data is to provide you with a personalised web experience with improved and more relevant content. To achieve this, we analyse data about how you and other visitors interact with our website, based on the information we receive from www.brandbee.com. The analysis is done on an aggregate level and is not intended to identify individual visitors. We may also, from time to time, use the information you have consented to provide to us to send you information about Brandbee and our products/services that we think may be of interest to you. Where does the data end up?

BrandBee Holding AB does not give away, sell or rent information about you to third parties. In order to provide better services, we may pass on personal data to data processors (who are either based in the EU/EEA or otherwise approved under the General Data Protection Regulation). We will use our best endeavours and establish data processor agreements where necessary to keep your personal data confidential within our group, whether within the EU or if there has been an international transfer to data processors.

We may share personal data in specific cases, when we have reason to believe that the data is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may have infringed the website and violated the user agreement, or who may have otherwise infringed or violated our rights or property, or the rights of our visitors, when we have a good-faith belief that the law requires us to disclose the data. How long do we keep the data?

BrandBee Holding AB processes and saves data for up to two years on the legal basis of consent, balancing of interests and in order to fulfil our obligations to you. Some data is saved for up to seven years with the support of the Bookkeeping Act (BFL).
